  3. Exchange Process: To initiate the  exchange process, customers are required to promptly contact our esteemed customer support team. We kindly ask that you provide comprehensive photographic evidence that substantiates the claim of product damage.
  4. Exchange Availability: We extend our exchange services to all products that meet the criteria of damage as specified above.

Please note that our exchange policy solely pertains to products that have sustained damage during shipping or those that arrive in a defective condition. It does not cover instances of general dissatisfaction or changes of mind regarding product choices.
